Walkthrough of Risen 2™: Dark Waters

1. After the opening cinematic, you will be prompted to choose your character. You can play as one of three different classes: Warrior, Rogue or Mage.

2. After choosing your class, you will be taken to the world map. Head to the first town you see and speak to the NPC in the tavern to start your adventure.

3. The first objective is to find a ship and head out into the open ocean. Speak with various NPCs in town for clues about where to find a ship and what type of ship it is. Once you have found a ship, speak with the captain and board the vessel.

4. Your first objective is to find a way into The Devil’s Triangle, an area filled with dangerous creatures and treasure chests that are guarded by powerful bosses. To reach The Devil’s Triangle, travel south from your current location and explore all of the islands that populate this area until you find a hidden entrance that leads inside. Once inside, defeat all of the bosses in The Devil’s Triangle to claim their treasure chests and earn experience points (XP) along the way.

5. After completing The Devil’s Triangle, return back to town and speak with Captain Willem about your next objective: finding a way into Fort Farragut onshore island for an important mission briefing from King George II himself! Travel north from town until you reach Fort Farragut onshore island; once there, speak with King George II in his throne room for your next mission: retrieving a sacred artifact from The Temple of Melitele!
