Walkthrough of Momodora: Reverie Under the Moonlight

1. After starting the game, you will be in your bedroom. Look to your right and you will see a cabinet with a key inside. Open the cabinet and take the key out.

2. Head outside and go down the stairs. Turn left and head down the next set of stairs. Turn right at the bottom of the stairs and open the door that is blocked by a plant.

3. Inside, you will find a book on a desk that you can read if you want to learn more about Momodora’s past. There is also a chest in this room that you can open with the key from earlier. Inside, you will find some money and a new weapon, the knife, which can be used to kill enemies quickly and silently.

4. Exit this room and head back up the stairs to where you found them earlier. Turn left at the top of the stairs and go through another door that is blocked by a plant again.

5. In this room, there are two chests: one on either side of the room, both of which contain new weapons: an axe for melee combat and a gun for ranged combat (the gun is especially useful because it has unlimited ammo). There is also an alchemy lab here where you can create new items using ingredients found throughout Momodora’s world (more on alchemy later). Exit this room through another door that is not blocked by plants this time around.

6. You’ll now be outside again, but this time there are monsters lurking around! The first thing you should do is head towards one of these monsters and use your knife to kill it quickly before it has a chance to attackyou back (or run away if necessary). Once one of these creatures has been killed, search its body for any valuable items (such as gold or jewels) before moving on to another area nearby (or returning to Momodora’s bedroom if necessary). If all three areas near where you fought your first monster are clear, then return to Momodora’s bedroom now so that she can join your party! If not, continue exploring until all three areas are clear before returning to her bedroom; she won’t join your party until all three areas are cleared regardless of whether or not she’s currently in it when you return (although she may comment on what’s going on while waiting in her bedroom). Once all three areas near where your first monster was located have been explored (and no more monsters appear), return to Momodora’s bedroom so she can join your party!
